Liz Seymour as Mayzie in Seussical

Tonight is the final dress for Seussical at the Players Club of Swarthmore Theater.

It has been a long tech week with late nights. I'm really looking forward to opening and allowing the show to gel as a unit, rather than the two pieces of tech and onstage that you experience during tech week.

The best part of doing a new production for me is always the new people I meet. The cast is on the younger side, but it has been a blast working with old friends and meeting new talents!

Kate Wright, a fellow cast member and new friend, took it upon herself to make my costume at the last minute because costumers weren't pleased with the costume they borrowed.

I now feel like I'm in character in my new outfit and I have Kate to thank for that! I'm so grateful for all her extra time and effort to make me shine.

The show runs for 3 weeks and opens tomorrow. I'd love for you to come see me!
