Josh Young Stars in Hairspray at Walnut Street Theatre and on Liz's Seymour's New CD

Les Miserbles and Hairspray star Josh Young sings As Long As You're Mine with Liz Seymour on her new CD: Liz Seymour - That Thing Called Love
Walnut Street Theatre's production of "Hairspray" stars Josh Young as Link. An actor-singer who toured the U.S. as Marius in Les Misérables, Josh Young is featured on Liz Seymour's new CD: Liz Seymour - That Thing Called Love.
Who knew when they were appearing in "Blood Brothers" on the Players Club of Swarthmore Theater's stage in 1998 (10 years ago) that they would each have their own CD released and be well along in their chosen careers?
Liz's CD features Liz and Josh in a duet from the musical, "Wicked," called As Long As You're Mine.
And both have songs on their CDs by fellow Strath Haven High School graduate, Brian Lowdermilk. The three have been friends for many years, having worked together in school and at the Young People's Theatre Workshop.
Josh went to Syracuse University after high school and landed the dream part of Marius in "Les Mis" directly from college. He then toured 20 cities in the US before heading to Europe and Asia to tour as Tony in "West Side Story." He has also been seen in regional theaters in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Ogunquit, ME and many productions and workshops in New York City.
