Liz Seymour and Who Is Making Music On Her New CD!
Joshua Paul Young was born in Columbia, South Carolina and moved, with his parents, Judith and Russell, to Wallingford, Pennsylvania when Josh was only two years old. That same year sister Dena was born, and four years after that came brother Douglas.
Josh attended both The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr as well as Strath Haven High School. At the age of twelve, Josh theatrical training began at the Media Theatre, and he began studying voice at the Voice Foundation of Philadelphia. He continued to train and perform at Upper Darby Summer Stage and Young People's Theatre Workshop (YPTW) at The Players Club of Swathmore. Towards the end of Josh's high school career, he gained acceptance to the prestigious Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts in Voice in Drama. Upon graduation from The Governor's School, Josh attended the summer at Ithaca College for Musical Theatre. The following fall, Josh began his college career at Syracuse University's Department of Drama and was graduated in May, 2003 with a BFA in Musical Theatre.
After performing extensively at regional theatres and on tour with Les Misérables, Josh has settled down in NYC. In his first 5 months in the city Josh has been involved in 4 off-Broadway workshops, shows in each year of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, 3 recordings, and 3 star-studded benefit concerts.
Most recently Josh was seen Marius in Les Misérables at The Walnut Street Theatre and Ogunquin Playhouse, Henrik in A Little Night Music at Baltimore's CenterStage, and Tony in Joey McNeely's Internationally acclaimed Tour of West Side Story. He returns to Philadelphia to play Link Larkin in Hairspray at The Walnut Street Theatre in November 2008.

Claudia Carlsson, Featured Singer
Claudia Carlsson is a cabaret and theater artist in the Philadelphia area.
She has performed in both community and professional theaters. Her favorite roles include Dulcinea in Man of La Mancha, Florence in Chess, and Guinevere in Camelot.
She has also had the pleasure of performing in several musical revues including Closer Than Ever, The World Goes Round, and Starting Here, Starting Now.
With her cabaret partner, Sean Murray, Claudia has produced a number of cabaret evenings at Philadelphia venues including Tavern on Camac, Society Hill Playhouse and Frangelica. Claudia also serves as the Executive Director of Young People's Theatre Workshop, Inc., a workshop that specializes in training children in the theatre arts.
She has also been a mentor to Liz for many years, through her generous giving of time, energy, and talent.

Gina Giachero, Music Director, Harp, Keyboard, Marimba
Gina Giachero is a professional pianist and harpist, having worked throughout the PA - NJ - DE area.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate from West Chester University, she has music directed and played for numerous productions for 11th Hour Theater Company, Young People's Theatre Workshop, West Chester University, Upper Darby Summer Stage, and many others.
She teaches piano at St. Cecilia's Grade School in Northeast Philadelphia and works with many of the top theaters in the Philadelphia area including Walnut Street Theatre, the Arden, the Prince Music Theatre, the Kimmel Center and Act II Playhouse. On the harp front, she has performed in countless weddings and events.
She is also the creator and director of the annual Parkinson's Benefit Concert which raises money to help organizations such as the Parkinson's Unity Walk and the Parkinson's Council find a cure for this disease.

Brian Ritrovato - Chief Engineer, Range Recording Studios
Brian Ritrovato is a graduate of the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences under the instruction of Tony Nunez and Kevin Becka, who is the Technical Director for Mix Magazine.
Brian is a certified Digidesign Pro Tools recording engineer and has been playing music for over ten years focusing on drums, guitar, vocals, and digital programming.
He has engineered or worked on several dozen records for local, regional, national, and international artists spanning all genres. In addition, he has worked with and assisted several reputable engineers and producers, some of which have won Grammy awards and other prestigious honors including Jon Altschiller (Lenny Kravitz, John Mayer, Phish), Phil Nicolo (The Police, Aerosmith, James Taylor), Aaron Levinson (Spanish Harlem Orchestra, The Philadelphia Experiment), Dave Sinko (Yo Yo Ma, Bela Fleck) and Brian Bricklin (Martin’s Dam, Bricklin).
But most important to Liz and everyone working on this CD is that Brian is a heckuva nice guy who is a total professional. He's great at what he does at the console and even better at making everyone comfortable so they can produce the best music possible.
Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk, Award-winning Composers of Say The WordKait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk's adaptation of HENRY & MUDGE had an Off-Broadway run at the Lucille Lortel Theatre and is currently touring the country with TheatreworksUSA.
Their musical THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SAMANTHA BROWN is under commercial option. It has been developed by the La Jolla Playhouse, MTC, Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival, the ASCAP/Disney Workshop, and was featured in the NAMT Songwriters Showcase.
They have collaborated on two other musicals: THE WOMAN UPSTAIRS and WRONG NUMBER, both of which were featured in the New York Musical Theatre Festival.
They are recipients of a 2006 Jonathan Larson Award and a 2004-2005 Dramatists Guild Fellowship, and they are members of the BMI Musical Theatre Advanced workshop, ASCAP and the Dramatists Guild.
Kait is a graduate of Barnard College. Her plays include TRANSIT and IMAGINARY LOVE, which was a 2006 Princess Grace Award Finalist.
Brian studied at Harvard University and NYU where he received the Alan Menken Award. With collaborator Marcus Stevens, Lowdermilk was the recipient of a Richard Rodgers Award for his musical RED.
They are well-known in the Philadelphia area and grew up with Liz at Young People's Theatre Workshop.

Joe Mass - Guitar and Bass
Joe Mass' colorful recent musical history includes serving as musical director for Mike Sembello, Essra Mowhawk and Robert Hazard.
As a producer, Joe won the John Lennon songwriting competition with David Fox.
In 2005, Joe recorded with producer and Grammy Award-winner Dan Sembello on the "Revolution of the Spirit" album. Other musicians involved with the Revolution of the Spirit album include Ringo Starr, Vinnie Colaiuta, Greg Phillinganes, Jimmy Haslip and Nathan Watts. Beyond this, Joe has appeared on television with Rod Morganstern, Eric Bazillian and the Dixie Dregs.
Joe is also a performer at the NAMM show for D'Andrea products.
Marc Eimer – General Manager/Marketing Director, Range Recording Studios
Marc has been marketing music and developing artists for the past eight years, dealing with promotions, sales, distribution, concert booking, graphic design and music production.
In addition, he has managed, composed songs, performed with, recorded with, and promoted his own bands throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. Marc has had 17 years of musical training with the guitar, piano, saxophone, and bass.
Marc Eimer holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Marc was the first to greet and welcome Liz to the studio and instantly made her feel comfortable. He has been a great assist to the production and marketing of this CD.
